Captain George piloted the Miss Lizzy out of Dean's Cove this morning for the annual Cayuga Lake Spring pickerel fest. Our intent is to catch brown trout, but there is always the risk of running into the chain pickerel. That was our fate today. Pictures above of a couple of the more than 20 good sized pickerel we caught and released.
